"Shoutout to David, Lily, and Susan for being the absolute best staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go above and beyond for their guests, which made us feel like family. Giving us fruit, sandwiches, and water when we went on the Ha Giang loop and Ninh Binh was so thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. The location is perfect to walk around with shopping and food around every corner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!"

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

"An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Hanoi – Highly Recommended! The Proverb Hotel is excellent, located right in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious, featuring a fantastic mattress that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering plenty of choices for everyone alongside excellent coffee. We had a seamless, great experience all the way through. We also booked two excursions directly through the hotel reception: a trip to Ninh Binh and a Ha Long Bay Cruise, both operated by Heritage Travel. We highly recommend both trips! The guides and organizers were fantastic. Thank you to the wonderful team at Proverb Hotel for making our trip so memorable!"
