"Booked it last minute, credit card charged, never recieved a email with how to enter, proper address. We took a uber to the complex, still no email. After 3 hours of talking to Expedia they finaly texted and said was no longer available, to contact Expedia to get money. Disgusting how they treated us"

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"The roving price of a night’s stay was misleading and unfair. I ended up spending almost double than expected. My rate should have been locked in. Otherwise, you should have disclosed this in advance and reminded me at check in. Shame on you. This negates anything good about the hotel. How shameful!"

"Beautiful reception area. Immaculately clean. Loved the decor in the Garden Room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Bit disappointing that the main bar was closed so not all drinks available. Very helpful friendly staff.
We chose a standard room so didn’t expect a large room. There was only one window looking onto the roof of the building, let in limited light.
Bathroom had a shower over the bath. This was attached to a sloping ceiling at an angle. Tight on space if you are tall....
