We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. As an airport hotel, they should be more aware that many guests are tired travelers on...

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of where they serve food. When we went down for dinner the first night I didn’t notice anything too much because it was dark. "Nice hotel, well-maintained. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
