"It was great, but not variety"

"There is absolutely no facilities in the room, not even a chair. I asked for a chair in the room and they said no chairs allowed in the room. I can only sit on the floor. On my second to last day, the staff threw away my personal belongings which are clearly not looking like trash. They refused to give me compensation when I speak to them at the reception, just kicking me around departments and wasting my time. I complaint through hotels.com for twice, and through their WhatsApp agent, they refused to respond to any of these. They still haven’t offer a reasonable compensation to me until now."

"Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay."

"Staff amazingly helpful , breakfast very poor, but overall a great experience. Was cheapest hotel on a weekend of the London marathon and very convenient for Russell Square Underground. Staff very helpful."

"This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star"

"A decent enough hotel. Location was good, I stayed on the 9th floor and was a little distracted by the noise from the rooftop bar on level 10, but that eventually stopped just after 11pm."
