I specially liked their pet-friendly policy, they were very friendly with my little dog, and even provided us with a dog bed and two plates for food and water. "The all-inclusive experience was decent overall. The VIP pool and deck became unbearably hot during the day, and after 11:00 a.m. the pool water was also very warm, making it less refreshing. Some of the plastic cups had an unpleasant odor. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but for a four-star resort, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. "The Hyatt Sirena Del Mar was fantastic! There were plenty of amenities, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. We took a Spanish class one day with Ricky, which was so much fun, and the Aqua Fit classes with Humberto were a great workout and a blast. Pools with views were beautiful! "The property was beautiful and just the right size. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool and beach access. Lines at the bar and the starbucks could have considerable wait times. Seating for a family of 5 often put us in the less desirable locations. The location of the property was perfect.
