"Staff were super polite and helpful. The room was decent, they cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and bedsheets however they should clean the floor too. The food wasn’t the best but ok. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again. "

"An excellent staycation at Sentosa Island. In room dining was delicious. Pool was good. Reception staff were helpful. Only comment is the multiple steps at the front porch/entrance and lack of assistance for luggage to get to a taxi. Would recommend a ramp?"

"We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great. Also special shout out to the lovely Brinley/Brittney (not sure exact name) who was helpful and friendly. Thank you team. "
