"The hotel is clean, the pool is huge, the rooms comfortable, the service is exceptional and the food fantastic. We loved it we hated the whole Universal theme park scene but just hung out in the Barracks most days and relaxed food in and close to the hotel is great and service is fantastic you can go to Vivo city food court for a huge choice of local cuisines or just relax at the hotel Ray "

"Staff were super polite and helpful. The room was decent, they cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and bedsheets however they should clean the floor too. The food wasn’t the best but ok. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again. "

"Me encantó el hotel es un hotel que está impecable en muchos sentidos en el servicio del personal y las instalaciones , solo que no te convienen contratarlo por expedía, y yo contrato todo por expedía, eso si fue mala experiencia para mi, por ejemplo en todos los raffles que me quedo los contrato por expedía. En este hotel de raffles Sentosa hay muchas cosas que por ser de expedía no te dan como el servicio del mini bar las aguas y refrescos son gratis a diario en esta cadena de hoteles y en...

"We loved our stay here. The city was hectic due to the Grand Prix and this accommodation provided a lovely respite. It was peaceful, beautiful and easy to get to. The staff were fabulous and the meals that we had at Latitude were lovely. "

"We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great. Also special shout out to the lovely Brinley/Brittney (not sure exact name) who was helpful and friendly. Thank you team. "
