"Laundry on site, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Our thermostat would automatically turn off every couple of hours though so it got very hot in the room. When it would turn off it would wake us up in the middle of the night as it was very hot in the room. (26+ Celsius) The front desk wasn’t sure how to help or how to fix it and they didn’t end up helping the situation which was not ideal. Overall the stay was decent otherwise."

"Pros: hotel put us in the 35th floor for our anniversary and the view was amazing. Location was easy to years for trains. Larger room. Cons: filthy toilet mold literally under the edge of the toilet seat, dirty carpet, stains on the sheets, hard bed, itchy sheets, we were told they had a special event everything we tried to goto the bar at the hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel. 2.5-3 star hotel definitely not a 5 star."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and service, but unfortunately the experience was not worth the money at all. The room did not feel clean, and one of the biggest issues was that they did not provide a baby crib. Because of that, my wife and our child had to sleep on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. The most frustrating part...

"Very nice hotel with easy access to Shinjuku Station, 5-7min walk depending on entrance used. Best to use Shinjuku South Gate entrance and exit. That's the closest to the hotel. Lots of shopping and there is an Onitsuka Tiger on the East entrance that is busy but not as busy as the Ginza store. "Beautiful hotel, well situated between the busy downtown area and Central Park. Within a 10 minute walk you get to the best attractions in the area. Hotel was great in every respect.
