"Excellent customer service: security guard, concierge reception, maid, shuttle service driver. The only con was the lack of restaurants around the area especially at night. (which is beyond Skyport Hotel’s responsibility), but the hotel itself is exceptionally excellent for the price. Well maintained, clean, and champion customer service. I will definitely be staying here again next time, and perhaps buy my food somewhere before checking in. "

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."
