"There was an odor in the room. We had no towels and when we went to ask for some, seems like they didnt really wasnt any because their washer was broken. The shower looked dirty, and the rim of the toilet. The sheets were clean. Curtains were broken and desk chair was broken."

"Nice room, comfy bed. Housekeeping seemed to have left before quite finishing e.g. didn't refill bottles and tissues. Blind over window inadequate to keep out light. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful."
