"The pool parties and nighttime shows and theme nights were by FAR the most fun we’ve ever experienced at any resort. Some of the food wasn’t incredible but you can find something good at each of the restaurants. Romanza was our favorite, and the rooftop pool bar had great tacos and wings. The party scene made this place well worth it, and we will DEFINITELY be back."

"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."

"My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul was excellent! I stayed from 5/2/2026 to 5/6/2026. The food was good, the nightly entertainment was good too. The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. I would definitely recommend staying at Breathless Cancun Soul! "

"This is THE PLACE TO STAY!! The service in every area was excellent. The all inclusive dining was superb tasting for every meal. To lay on the beach and have beverages brought to you, again, in the all inclusive was perfecto!! Love this place! 3 rd visit for us."

"Great place away from the hustle and bustle. Food was sub par. Not very helpful when it came to food allergies. They would ask you but then do nothing about it. Waterpark was good, however they need more chairs to accommodate. Staff seemed bothered that we were asking questions or wanting to be served. We upgraded to level and to be honest I didn’t feel any extra perks were provided. They had their favorites that were either locals or people who visited a lot. I would not bring my family back...

"First timers at Temptation Cancun Resort and we had a great time! My wife and I are ages 48 and 45. The music is always pumping at the main pool, with plenty of eye-catching scenery and a fun atmosphere. The beach was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and respectful the entire trip. I don’t drink alcohol, so I asked if they had any non-alcoholic beer available.
