"An incredible value. An amazing retreat into the jungle after a day of exploring. See monkeys in the morning, have a relaxing massage on the rooftop while an iguana keeps you company. The staff is there for whatever you may need. Pool is cold and refreshing. The rooms are so clean and nice! Great great value for the very reasonable price. Will be recommending to friends!"

"This place completely ruined every other trip for me… in the best (and worst) way possible. I genuinely grieve leaving it. Nothing compares. The food? Unreal—every single bite was perfect. The staff? Beyond exceptional—so attentive, so warm, truly over the top in the best way. And the aesthetic and atmosphere? Absolutely stunning… it felt like a dream the entire time. I loved everything about this place and this trip. If I could relive it over and over again, I would without hesitation."

"The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. "

"The hotel is old, runned down. Common areas are extremely dirty, such as the front couch, Floors, pool. Handles and door knobs are rusted, broken or falling apart. Water at tje shower comes out sparingly. The beach near by is not very good for swimming, a lot of undercurrent. The noise outside at night won’t let you relax and rest since you can hear everything. "La habitación tenía cucarachas, el agua caliente y la televisión nunca funcionaron durante los 8 días de mi estancia. Las toallas que nos dejaron estaban sucias y manchadas. Del “desayuno continental” sólo habían 2 de las 4 posibles opciones. El hotel no tiene un parqueo con la capacidad suficiente para la cantidad de habitaciones y el que tiene está a la interperie, sin seguridad y el hotel no se hace responsable en caso de robos y daños al vehículo."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. There was a small leak in the bathroom, which was fixed extremely quickly once notified. Good sized room in a smaller setting. Beach was lovely and sandy entrance to ocean. Poolside chairs get taken quickly in the morning, but the beach always had chairs available. Plenty of shade options or sun options. "Air conditioning super loud, someone kept knocking on our door and running away. Staff came in and cleaned our room even when we have the snooze sign up. Staff also seemed super miserable to be there working. Not very many welcoming or friendly people working there. "
