"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

"We had a great experience! The breakfast was fantastic and access to their small gym was helpful. We also enjoyed walking down the street and experiencing the neighborhood, seeing families out enjoying the World Cup and the kids playing soccer near them…"

"The property overall was lovely. Our room was not that clean. It also needed work. The toilet seat was dirty with dried bodily fluids, the bathroom was damaged on the bottom. The public areas were wonderful. Shuttle service was very nice."

"The hotel is stunning and the staff that were in the evening of June 25 2026 were amazing. Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. Our keys didn’t work and the staff even had issues where the master key didn’t want to work to let us in, and at one point, we struggled to get out. The wonderful staff happily kept...

"Nunca tienen soluciones para ningún asunto. Solo piden disculpas. El segundo día decidieron no limpiar la habitación y ni la basura sacaron. Una verdadera vergüenza y la respuesta fue que el personal que hace la habitación se fue a las 2 de la tarde. Muy mal! Muy decepcionada con el hotel."
