NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!

Great price, middle of the action! Very noisy outside with horns, fire trucks, general New York action. I had trouble sleeping. The room was cozy, but not designed well.
