This hotel location is spot on. We where on the 40th floor which I upgrade with additional charge and thought its quietter but you will hear the banging of doors from floor below and the sound of plumbing pipes.

Lovely hotel nearby Penn station which is perfect for train to JFK and Newark airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and refreshed everyday. We came with daughter partner and 2 young children and the staff ensured we had rooms next to each other. And, as always, the free arrival cookies ...

Loved our room had the city view and it was very beautiful. The bed was very spacious and comfortable & the room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. Walking distance and subway connections were convenient. Would definitely stay again
