A very convenient stay in location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Affordable and convenient overall. The only thing i could critique is how slow the outlets charge your electronics. But would recommend and stay again.

Overall experience was standard and nothing really stood out too much, there were a few challenges but I was accommodated. There is a robot concierge that was only really useful as a front desk enhancement as most recommendations were clearly from search engine results. Good for the price point.

My first time doing this for one night only and I was impressed! Staff is amazing, the room and our entire floor was neat, organized and clean. Beed was comfortable too. Nice to have a shared kitchen as well for personal food and leftovers. Roommates were quiet and courteous as well :)

The rooms were clean. However, since the building is on 8th Avenue, it wasn't quiet, but this was not a big problem as you get used to it over time. The real disturbance was the Internet connection. It was not good, and you needed to refresh the connection again and again. The staff were helpful and kind. The location is amazing, you can find whatever you want. Easy access to transportation, cafes, restaurants, lively streets, etc.

Very modern and upscale. Friendly staff - including full-size robot at check-in! Sleeping pods were well equipped for electronic devices and were designed for privacy. Common areas on each floor had comfortable seating, and even massage chairs! Highly recommend!!!

1st time staying in a Hostel. This was FLAWLESS! So quiet, clean. The staff is wonderful I barely know there are other travelers in my room. Bed pod has fan, small light and plugs for charging devices. Small lounge and kitchen is nice. Great location. I don't have a single negative criticism about this place. It is in the heart of central park. The rooms and kitchens were clean. The bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner. Definitely recommend shower shoes. Also, I did notice bunks arent as private. The tops have been removed from the top bunks and the sides have been removed. This prevents it from being dark. The lights are on and off depending on who is in the room. They do offer sleep mask and ear plugs which does help. Overall, its a great place to nap if you plan to be away most of the day.

Great quiet environment, close to subway stops that can take you all over the city. Staff were super polite and ensured that all areas were clean. The common area was a great place to eat and charge your devices. I stayed in the women’s only pod of 6 and it was a pleasant stay, some people are in and out within the day and so you’ll see some changing faces, but a very pleasant stay overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at Nap York Central Park. First off, Francis and Cy at the front desk are the best—so kind, so accommodating, and they truly went out of their way to make sure my trip to New York was great. They were phenomenal! Beyond the amazing staff, the location can’t be beat. I was able to walk to so many great dining options, as well as the classic tourist spots (Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway theaters) with no problem. I also felt safe as a solo traveler in my 20s, especially on the all-women’s floor. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I had no issues getting ready in the shared sink area, and the shelf and light inside the bed space were super useful. I had a bottom bunk, so I can’t speak on how easy it is to get into a top bunk. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!
