"Our brief Virginia Beach trip couldn’t have been any easier! I arrived with my sister and her wheelchair, and as promised, they had an accessible room for us with an oceanfront view. I didn’t expect to also get a balcony, a small kitchen, a separate living area. They were very kind to give us the option of parking in the handicap zones right in front or complimentary parking across the street in the garage. "We have stayed at Founders Inn for multiple visits to the Virginia Beach area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. We love the easy access on and off Interstate 64. It sits close enough for day visits to the beach, but has a nice size swimming pool if you just want to stay put. The restaurant has a great staff and the food is good. We will stay there again when in the area. "

"If you just want somewhere to stay and have ridiculously close access to a not crowded beach as well as a pool, this is the place for you. We had a suite which had 2 different bed rooms, one had a kitchenette (no utensils, plates, or cookware fyi), and the other had the bathroom. They were recently renovated and did not have any carpet. Our room was pet friendly and they have an outdoor fenced in pet area. Apparently the rooms in th tower with balconies had carpet still which was gross with the...
