"Disgusting, filthy, rundown rooms paired with an utterly useless front‑desk staff. The rooms were worse than a bargain‑basement motel — stained, foul‑smelling, and shockingly neglected. Their facility might look decent from the outside, but those ancient, crumbling rooms should be demolished and rebuilt immediately. "2nd stay at the Lodge...convenient location to attractions in town and within 10 minute drive of RMNP entrance. Saw a black bear & plenty of dear on the backside of the property. Larger Suites are the way to go."
