"The hotel was clean & the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great; lots of options! The pool was great; temp was perfect but the tile could use a good scrubbing. Nice dual shower heads but the shower curtains are too short & the floors got all wet. I was glad to see security driving around the parking lot. Gemelli's Restaurant in the strip mall was very good. I wish we could have taken advantage of the fire pit area. The hotel was very clean & the beds were very comfortable."

"There is much character to be experienced and enjoyed here, including in the rooms themselves, which have wood paneling and tiling that have not changed in decades! Hopefully it stays this way. The front desk employee mentioned that a renovation is soon to begin. I hate to think that any of the hotel's distinctive features will be compromised or lost to history. The only real downside of my stay was spotty internet connectivity, but I'm willing to chalk this up to the sort of period,...
