"All good, nice pub as well"

"The hotel its self is very grand and impressive. Parking is limited but there’s another car park literally over the road. Check-in was easy although a little noisy. It’s hard not to be impressed with such an amazing historical building. The room was absolutely massive. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great choice of fresh pastry’s and the hot selection was of really good quality. Would definitely like to rerun again. "

"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. There was limited pans and no sharp knife, and having the ‘microwave...

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Room was ok. Shower very directional. Coffee wasn’t refreshed so 2nd day had to have decaf :(. Fire alarm seemed to malfunction in the early hours was instructed to leave immediately, then went off, then made noises intermittently each time I fell asleep. No explanation at checkout, at checkout, neither lift worked. Otherwise reasonable hotel, in good position in the centre of city."

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."

"Utterly disappointed, this was a special gift to our parents who were celebrating their golden wedding and first time in Liverpool. They were there 3 nights and never once had their room service. They ran out of tea, coffee and toilet roll. My parents don’t like to make a fuss but had to complain on their third day. No beds were made and no towels replaced. I am so disappointed that their experience and our gift to them was a let down."
