"It was close to the tower of London, which is what we were looking for. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a great tub. Welcome drink was appreciated. The breakfast was good, but too expensive."

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

"Housekeeper accidentally rolled up the bedsheets with my daughter’s favorite stuffy inside (that we purchased in Japan). Hotel was going to contact laundry facility but never followed up after we left. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Room was small but accommodating for 3 people. The only thing we used it for was to sleep in. The Lift (Elevator) was very slow. Always took the elevator up but walked down the stairs. Room was very clean. No A/C but we knew this when we booked the room reservation. We really didn't need A/C until that last night were were there. The provided fan helped a lot. The general location of the hotel is a very comfortable walk to Paddington Station."

"Super 2 night stay on the hottest weekend of the year. A warm welcome from reception, on arrival. They had put the air conditioning on in the room and it was a pleasure to walk into. Spotlessly clean bed was very comfortable, the shower was first class with some very nice toiletries. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk available alongside a small fridge...a real bonus. "Läget på hotellet är bra, det är enkelt att ta sig till och från. Snabbheten i restaurangen är inte den kvickaste, men ändå ok. Det som var tråkigt denna gången (vi brukar bo här i samband med Chelsea Flower Show) var attityden på frukosten. Det tog oss 15minuter att få vår kaffe och de som kom efter oss fick både sina kaffe och omeletter före oss. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och gick till svar att det var ju tråkigt att höra. Inte riktigt vad man väntar sig av ett hotell i denna klass."

"Nice modern very clean hotel but staff were unhelpful at check in as though it was to much bother to explain how to activate your room key etc…Also having no tea or coffee facilities in the room instead I had to walk out and around the landing to find the sink and tea and coffee a little strange!"

"The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning. When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off. Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."
