"We stayed here for a night when we went to see Duran Duran at Hyde Park, fantastic location 10 minute walk to Hyde Park & near to Paddington station.
Room was small but it was fine for one night & spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely & friendly, I would definitely stay here again 😄"

"My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit.
The hotel itself was excellent, and having access to the pool and gym was a wonderful bonus after long days at Wimbledon. We also used the in-room dining service several times, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and arrived promptly.

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"The location was the best! The air conditioning was great, even though it isn’t listed. The room was super tiny and the bed was very firm. But pillows were fluffy, we slept great due to no noise at all and no sunlight to wake us.
It was hard to get around with our two big suitcases because there was nowhere to put them but other than that I would definitely stay there again because the location can’t be beat! And besides being tiny, it was still a nice room."
