"We stayed at this property in May 2026. While the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the air conditioner in our room was not working and they refused to change our room since they were all booked and declined a refund/compensation too. When you pay £137 a night the least you expect is for the air conditioner to work especially when it’s been a hot day and you’re on the top floor of the hotel. Pretty poor for a ‘Marriott’ hotel. Avoid at all costs."

"We really liked this property. The only caveat was that we couldn’t control the heat system in our room. There was a control system, but no matter what we did it kept changing it back to the original temp, which was a bit warm for us. Super convenient location. Staff were phenomenal. One last little thing, our bed sort of shifted around a lot, it felt like we were on a swivel. This didn’t cause much of an issue for us."

"Beautiful and clean property. Very comfortable beds, fully furnished with all necessities. Nice and quiet area, located at the back of private property. Only for some reason check in information was not reveived although it was said it will be emailed to me on the morning of the day of check in. Nothing on the app or email, I even checked spam folder. But luckily property hsd Ring dorbell and all the information was given to me. Just was worried before ariving, if I will be able to get in and stuff. Other that, perfect stay 😊"

"The hotel reception looked up to date and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, upon arriving to our 'family' room, there were only 2 mugs (not 4), 3 sets of towels (not 4) and there was a massive wine stain on the carpet. How anyone could miss this and still give the room to a family is shocking. I have to say when I showed reception, they asked if I wanted to change rooms but as we were only staying overnight there was no point. They also added to the mugs and towels happily but I'm disappointed it wasn't already considered. They knew a family was booked in as the sofa bed was made up. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was really nice, we were impressed with the food and the children were well looked after, and on top of that 'kids ate free' which was a lovely surprise! "
