"L'appartement est très bien, très propre et spacieux. Bien placé pour se balader à pied dans playa del carmen. La plage est accessible aussi à pied. A savoir, la piscine est toujours à l'ombre car elle est comme une rivière au milieu des 2 batiments principaux. Seul bémol est à l'arrivée, l'adresse de la réception n'est indiquée nulle part, j'ai mis 30 min à la trouver le soir à 21h. Le gardien de nuit a fini par m'accompagner."

"The suites were spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We rented a 3 bed penthouse it is did have all that was pictured, though the space is on the roof top with a shared entry for another suite"

"We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws."
