"We had 2 nights at the hotel. and that is a bad experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were a male receptionist. he has an unhappy attitude. action to put your feet on the table when talking (an act of disregarding customers). We spent 40 minutes waiting to get the room. Just because he said he couldn't find our name or Information. It was ridiculous because I ordered it 2 months in advance and paid. I gave a lot of evidence (booking code + booking confirmation email). but...

"Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. "Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality.
