"They need more entertainment for kids and for adults as well. They only had ONE show for the night, is its around 7:30 to 8pm, so ypu either have to sacrifice the rest of your evening and leave to have a real early dinner, or chance it out and hope you can have a late dinner which I seriously doubt.
The staff is this hotel are not really friendly, some of them act like you're bothering them when you ask them to provide a service, but not all of them are like that, I have encounter some really good staff, that a tally go above and beyond to help you, like for example Eduardo Baron, the manager of the pool area, Nadia and itza. Unlike staff members like Samir who did hes very best to show us that he DID NOT provide us any help whatsoever, people like that have no business working in customer service, cuase they lack the professionalism and are the reason you may considered a different location a different hotel for your next vacation."
