"The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...

"i had a great stay at this place since it was only for two nights. the staffs were helpful, accommodating, the lobby was spacious to chill, talk with your friends, and i loved how it was in the SOHO area. nonetheless, if you are only staying for 1-2 nights, and a solo, this would be ideal for you. again, you only get a pod - your nest which is a small private room. additionally, there are not many amenities included in your stay, e.g., microwave, fridge, but they have towel, good wifi, and...

"I felt like this hotel was in a great location! We are close enough to the tower bridge station where we could take the tube anywhere around town and also walking distance with a window view of Tower Bridge the restaurant downstairs vicinity was amazing and so are the food trucks outside of the hotel. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar, both of which offered great food, drinks, and service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day."

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English! Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did. However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"We stayed Sunday night. Disappointed the cocktail bar was closed. Pre paid for breakfast, not shown on hotel computer had to show confirmation. I didn't like seeing the used bed sheets lying on the floor in the corridor by room 174. The linen carts were full. Full bags and sheets just lying on the floor infront in piles. Cross infection risk. Airborne dead skin cells!!!! Not good. I would expect better from a 4* hotel. At least hid them in a storage area!"

"Well situated just off the canal and a short (mostly pedestrianised) walk from shops, bars and restaurants and Paddington Station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was incredibly quiet and dark and well air-conditioned. The attention to detail lets it down. Little things like how dirty it is under the beds, the lack of any hooks in the pool area, coffee mugs in the room that don’t fit in the Nespresso machine etc add up to undermine what could be a really classy choice minutes...

"It’s the second time I have stopped here and I love it. The friendliness and service of the staff is exceptional and the hotel has a lovely old fashioned but well maintained feel about it. A little time warp. The rooms are great and the air conditioning was a real treat."

"Das Personal war super aufmerksam und lieb. Wenn man einen Wunsch hatte wurde dieser direkt erfüllt. Klima anlage hat funktioniert. Pro Person nur 1 großes Handtuch und als kleine Handtücher (auf Nachfrage) gibt es nur Bodenhandtücher."

"Rooms were clean, tidy and high spec. Comfortable beds. Sad there was no tea/coffee making in the room and it was shared Kitchette in the hallway. Great location for ease of access to underground and central London. We unfortunately stayed when there was an England match on and our room must have been next to a pub/bar as it was super noisy until late. Singing could be heard through the walls! Could also hear the trains under us a lot. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. No fan in the room...
