Ruby Giulia Hotel Rome
The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry.

The Hive Hotel
The front desk personnel was slow to address a problem with the AC and dismissive of problems with the wifi, which basically did not work. He also insisted that he had upgraded our room "two or three levels" and that we were in "one of the best" rooms which was clearly not the case when a repairman ...
