"I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. When I walked into the room it was cold and I turned on the heat but even though it did warm up after a period of time it ended up getting pretty cold during the night. "The staff and team were all amazing and went out of their ray to be helpful. The breakfast was great and consistent. Pool and hot tub were clean and available. I would stay here anytime! "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"The parking lot/building/rooms are all run down and visibly crumbling and dirty. It was just to sleep before catching a plane so we made do. Needed extra pillows, front and said they couldn’t find any. Shuttle service next day was prompt which was great "
