One issue was that everyday was very stressful because there were no chairs available to seat at the pool. Guests would at 6am leave towels and informally “reserve” their spot. "This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "
