"Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and great facilities. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Bedroom was a good size with comfy bed and everything needed for an overnight stay. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check in. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"We really enjoyed our stay - this is our second time staying at this hotel. Fairly affordable and easy access to the NEC which is only a short drive away. The room was tidy and clean and we also had a fan in the room which was very welcome given the warm weather. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, but the staff were really helpful. I asked if they had any sweet vegan options and they went back into the kitchen and got me a really lovely lemon and poppy seed muffin."
