"The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option...

"The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. There are 3 pools on the property, one on the bottom, one on the roof, and one on the 4th floor. Upon arrival we met with the reception who didnt have very good english. This is expected as it is Mexico, so we ended up using Google Translate and getting our room just fine. The cleaning staff were amazing. Offering to clean our room every day, doing the dishes and neatly organizing our stuff, but not in the way where it was too...
