Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. "Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "

"A week of fun! We were lucky enough to wake up every morning sound of waves from our oceanfront room. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating while traveling with our 1 year old. Our room was a bit dated, and could have been cleaner but was fine for us. There was a musty smell, but I feel like this is hard to avoid in such a humid climate. "The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"
