"這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind.
Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am.
Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing.
Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"I think the good ratings were a scam. The first things was we were there an hour and a half early and the room was ready, but they charged us 20 GBP to get into it early. The view wasn't great of the train yard. The plumbing made loud noises whenever someone on another level flushed. The things that was the most annoying was when I was checking out through the manual terminals, and the reason I think the ratings may be a bit of a scan, was I got to the rating screen and the employee jumped in...

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"
