"The hotel itself is stunning. Great, warm welcome and our room, a twin, was very comfortable with a view directly to York Minster. Our room was beautifully clean and had everything and more needed for our short stay. Excellently located. The staff are outsandingly friendly and helpful and everything about The Milner made our visit to York so much more special. Highly recommended and would definitely come to The Milner again."

"The room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel had noted my disability and put us in a room with a disabled shower and accessibility was great. The staff were all lovely and polite and they couldn't do enough to help when we asked. I would highly recommend. We did eat breakfast, but it was oily so spoiled it a bit, however the breakfast staff where all fabulpus and they remembered our preferences for drinks etc. All on all a beautiful venue, amazing staff and the pricea were spot on. "Nice big room and large bathroom. Decorated and fitted out nicely, although a little tired in some areas. Lovely clean, comfy beds and lots of hot water for a shower. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and a great location. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely book again."
