"The Margaret Suite (room 8) double room was really good. Four poster bed and a fridge in the room. It’s the first floor bay window at the front of the building so you can see the sea. Apart from arrival, I didn’t see staff again. The room was clean and the room was quiet. The Expedia booking confirmation from the hotel starts with “Unfortunately…” and goes on about what you can and can’t do and their right to change the price. It’s not very welcoming so I’d recommend changing that. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. "

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "

"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "
