"No tienen aire y con 25 grados que hacía en la calle, dentro de la habitación marcaba 31, imposible dormir ahí por no hablar que me han cobrado 2 veces la habitación porque no veían reflejado que ya estaba pagada y todavía estoy litigando con ellos para que me lo devuelvan,en definitiva, iros a otro lado."

"A very friendly hotel in a good location. Close to amenities like Tesco and outdoor shopping centre. Great for exploring Chester and less than an hour to Manchester. Breakfast was traditional but good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside. Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty. A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning. Julie & John."

I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area."

Sat around for 30 minutes while I waited for it to be confirmed as ready, but the man on the desk was so kind and polite and apologised profusely, and had exceptional customer service. Came down a while later to ask for a pen, and ended up speaking to another member of staff on the desk fro about 5 minutes and he also had exceptional customer service. The...
