"We have been coming here every year for the last 10 years. Decor hasn’t changed and really is in need of a refurb now. Breakfast was also really disappointing this year, no decent hot drinks unless you paid for them in addition to a hot breakfast. Also VERY surprised having to pay for breakfast before leaving the restaurant (rather than at check out) This used to be the gold standard hotel to stay at for the races but not now I’m afraid."

"Clean room. Spotless bathroom. Lovely touch was fair trade tea and real milk plus water in the mini fridge. Secure off road parking. Quiet area a short walk from city centre and all day car park 2 mins away as was a good little cafe."
