"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. "The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. After eventually getting in, I was too tired to even utilise the facilities I had paid for like having a proper shower. Even then, there was...

"Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. "Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...
