"No better than a Travelodge. No mobile reception so needed to use WiFi. The so called “free” wifi isn’t free if you have to give your full name, address, phone number and date of birth to use it! In this day and age, giving the world all your details is ridiculous. "

"We stayed at this hotel expecting a true 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet those standards, especially considering the price of £309 per night. The room lacked basic amenities usually expected in a 4-star hotel, such as bathrobes, slippers, and a coffee machine. The low ceilings made the room feel quite cramped, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom design was also not ideal, with a glass bathroom door located right next to the bed, offering very little privacy. In addition, the shower had very low water pressure, and the room had a very strong bleach smell throughout our stay, which made it uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for what was offered, and the advertising was somewhat misleading compared to the experience. Staff were polite, but the accommodation itself did not justify the cost."
