Staff was nice. Sheets had a few questionable stains and pillows were not comfortable. Doors had a small crack at the bottom so not fully sound proof. Blackout curtains were too small so light peeked through at the sides after sunrise.

Staff was nonexistent, very limited service, you need to ask for everything way ahead of time. If you stay on the side of the hotel above Rainey street you will hear and feel inescapable thumping music until 2 AM every morning!
