"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"Property had his glamorous days.
The poor condition outside, very dirty, water for bathing was the worst.
Water smells really bad, also there was couple morning that was very hard to breathe the outside smells.
Staff was great, couldn't be happier with them.
Overall it need to be addressed alot to be considered a great place to visit."

"We came here to be close to the cenotes. That was a bad idea because the cenotes were closed by the time we arrived. So we were just stuck in the jungle with no way of getting around the town. We asked for a scooter but since it was a small hotel (pretty sure we were the only people there), we never got a response back. We thought we could use the sauna but apparently we couldn’t. We just swam in our private pool and didn’t really get to see tulum as we had to leave the next day."
