The host welcomed us with air freshner but it still stunk. The host had the nerve to charge us £10 for late check-in. The bed made me want to go home really desperately. My room was number 11. Oh, and the horrible bath is shared amongst at least 8 rooms."

"My daughter's kindle gpt taken with bed linen and was never given back. Staff said they would try to find it but didn't bother contacting me back. There was police arresting someone outside the hotel with suspected weapon that had entered the hotel. Would never go back."
