"We loved our stay at the Tower Hotel thank you!
We disappointingly couldn’t afford to upgrade to the Tower Bridge view room when we were offered it (it is our dream).
Imagine our surprise and delight when we walked into our room to find we had an amazing view of the bridge!!! Thank you so much, our dreams came true.
We had the best time. The location is fantastic. Our room was spacious, the bed so comfortable & facilities great. The staff are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We will...

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests.
