"The room was not well renovated. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t even work and they didn’t offer any shampoo or conditioner. For how much money I spent to stay there I would have assumed that the room would be in better conditions with higher end toiletries. The food was subpar in my opinion, if the resort is in Mexico why are we serving American Mexican food as opposed to local options. I also requested a refund because I had booked the property for 4 people but one of them couldn’t make it...
