"The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food ."

"Workers and servers were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Buffet could use some work. Recycles a lot if it’s food throughout the week. Wish it had more variety. Also this resort only offers 3 restaurants that require special booking, and 1 of them is adults only. So I was unable to try it bc I had my toddler. AC in our room was a hit or miss. It was out for half our stay. Overall it’s a nice resort."

"Great staff, Convenient location. Food was OK in the buffet and a big selection Fantastic in the Italian restaurant. I felt safe and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was that the shower only had hot water sometimes. I had a hot shower once in 3 days.."

"Le faltó más atención por parte del hotel"

"La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, las instala están en perfectas condiciones, la limpieza excelente, playa perfecta, recomendo mucho la comida, ambiente familiar y si vas con tus hijos no dejes de visitar a Julio en la dulcería ya que su trato con los niños es excelente. Definitivamente volveremos ."

We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

"We were here for 7 nights and loved our stay. Regardless of the other reviews, we found that the hotel was a great base from which to explore Mexico or lounge around the pool or beach. The food was good, and the staff were helpful. It was one of the quieter hotels from what we could tell on our travels and we appreciated this, as it was not full of children, but rather an adult crowd, which made hanging out in the hotel more relaxing. A beautiful view of the sea and beach as well as easy access...
