"The room heater had a problem and they offered to move me to another room and I asked for a heater instead. I gave 5 stars because they were very helpful and they did not charge me extra even though because of my work I had to check out an hour late, so I was grateful for that. I will return again for my next trip."

"I recently booked Hampton Inn and Suites this past weekend for a "staycation" with my man. We reserved a king's bedroom which was nice and clean, and exactly advertised in the photographs. As we arrived for check-in the receptionist was kind. She gave me a tooth brush and some tooth paste when I requested it. Our room was very clean. The bed and pillows were fair in comfort but very clean. The bathroom was also clean. Our TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it as I turned it on. It...
