"Outstanding customer service. The rooms were clean, updated, and nice. I was traveling for business with a group and the staff’s willingness to meet our needs was unmatched. We were able to use of the hotels meeting space and it was set up perfectly for our team. They provided materials, candy, and bottled water for the group but also checked on us periodically to ensure we didn’t need anything else. The GM, Mrs. Kim, was so helpful. She, and her team, made the stay feel more like a reunion...
