"Everything about this property worked great for our stay. Staff and facilities were excellent. Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. This didn't bother us too much, and all the benefits of the establishment itself being quiet compensated for the airport noise. "Loved staying at this property, very clean, convenient location and is just a 7 minute walk to the street with a food hall and a 24 hour grocery store. Being able to use the laundry facilities was also helpful and having a bagged breakfast left at the door every morning was a nice touch. I would stay here again."

"very nice and quiet just outside the downtown. bit of a walk to the busy downtown area of Reykjavik, but if you don't mind that then its worth saving for a less crowded and easy going area. Plus side it was closer to larger stores you may want supplies from (big grocery/costco/etc) and it was easier to hit the road to drive out to tour different sites.
