"When I checked and got to my room, I immediately saw I was given the wrong room. I had reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. I called the front desk and they told me to wait and they would being me keys to the correct room. I usually verify my room type at check in, but this time I did not verify. Mistakes are forgivable, and they quickly and professionally fixed it. Hours later as I was walking across the lobby, staff asked if my room met my needs. Room was spacious. Bathroom...

"The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but of no real concern. I would have preferred individualized toiletries instead of large community bottles in the shower. Thankfully I brought my own. Breakfast was good with the usual breakfast items featured. Area was always being policed for cleanliness. Lobby and sitting area were also very clean. The staff were very accommodating. Jake was so nice and welcoming. Will stay again on my next trip. "
